We are looking for servers who want to make great money and have fun while serving our guests. The servers are integral to the guest experience and provide food & beverage services to the guests of the property. The server will be processing orders and serving food & beverage items to customers, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• 1-2 years of food service experience
• Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma
• A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section
• Taking customers’ food and drink orders
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
• Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock
• Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
• Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
• Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events
• Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• This position is expected to be around 25-35 hours per week
• Depending on the week, a server can make anywhere from $22 - $45 per hour (including hourly + gratuity).
• Our property is generally closed on Mondays – open for special events.
