Job summary

Heritage Golf Group's Spring Creek Golf Club is seeking personable Servers to provide an exceptional dining experience for members and guests. This role emphasizes friendly, attentive service in a team-oriented hospitality environment.

Pay ranges from $16 to $23 per hour including tips, with opportunities to participate in member events, banquets, and routine service duties while maintaining high standards of service and safety. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain clean and properly set dining and service areas.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and Food & Beverage team members.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Assist with member events, banquets, and other club functions as needed.
