Job summary

Bandana’s BBQ in Fenton, MO is hiring for a guest-focused team member. This quick-service role emphasizes friendly hospitality, accuracy, and speed in a family-owned restaurant.

You will input orders into our computer system, help serve drinks and meals, transport dishes between dining room and kitchen, and keep tables and booths clean. Walking and standing for long periods is required, with lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Ability to use computer system to input order information.
• Guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve different elements of dining experience at proper time.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the mission statement and motto to guests 100% of the time.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length.
• Must have good balance, able to bend, kneel, and lift bus-tubs and trays up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift.
• Follow proper uniform standards.

• Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift.
