Westmont Living in Encinitas, CA seeks a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team and serve residents with care and professionalism. You will adhere to serving etiquette, maintain cleanliness, and support a warm, homelike dining environment.

Requirements include clearance checks, health screenings, and a current basic first aid certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Adhere to proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses).
• Comply with sanitary guidelines per company policies and local regulations.

Mansioni

• Serve meals to residents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with setting up dining room and supporting team as needed.

What we need from you:
