Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team at Westmont of Chico, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will provide friendly service to residents, adhere to sanitary guidelines, and participate in serving from the left and clearing between courses. We offer daily pay, competitive pay, and strong benefits.

Candidates must pass health screens and background checks; training is provided to ensure loving, professional care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service attitude.
• Adhere to sanitary guidelines per company policies and state/local regulations.
• Must pass health screen (Physical, TB, Drug test) and health requirements.
• Criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.

Responsibilities

• Serve from the left and clear used dishes between courses.
• Comply with proper serving etiquette and techniques.
• Maintain sanitary guidelines and assist with meal service as directed.

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.).
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
