Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages, take orders, and input orders into the POS system.
• Check station for setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
• Greet guests and explain specials/promotions to enhance guest awareness.
• Retrieve orders from kitchen, ensure accuracy, and deliver to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and liquor policies regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors or intoxicated guests.

Job description

Looking for an outgoing , professional individual with the willingness to go above and beyond to make sure our guests enjoy their visit. Attention to details, customer service and quality are very important. Parttime or full time available. Must be reliable, responsible & eager to learn.

• Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items
• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Takes the order and inputs the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars of the order
• Retrieves order from kitchen, confirms its accuracy and delivers it to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements
