Job summary

Wet Willie's is hiring for a courteous server to provide food and beverage service, take and relay orders via POS, and deliver to guests while ensuring satisfaction. You will greet patrons, explain specials, and maintain station cleanliness throughout shifts. Must be 18+, have a Food Worker Card, and preferably 1+ year serving experience.

Primary duties include accurate order entry, timely delivery, and adherence to liquor policies and safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Food Worker Card required.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverage to include order-taking, delivery and clearing of items.
• Checks station for proper set-up and cleanliness before, during and after shift.

• Takes orders and inputs into the POS to inform kitchen of details.
• Retrieves orders from kitchen, confirms accuracy and delivers to guests.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Abide by state/federal regulations and liquor policies regarding minors and intoxicated guests.

• Takes the order and inputs the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars of the order
• Retrieves order from kitchen, confirms its accuracy and delivers it to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
