Job summary

Wet Willie's in Little Rock seeks a friendly server to take orders, deliver meals and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting guests, inputting orders into the POS, and coordinating with the kitchen while maintaining cleanliness and station setup.

The role requires 18+, a year of serving experience preferred, and strong English communication. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is needed; alcohol service licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Verbal communication skills, and accurate math and cash handling skills.
• Obtain any necessary alcohol service licensing requirements.
