Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set the shift tone as a role model.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize the day’s totals.
• Communicate effectively, in writing and speech.
