Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Serials Sales Manager, Serials Specialist Western US to lead growth, renewals, and strategy for SSD. This remote U.S.-based role serves our academic libraries across the West and Canada, partnering with Regional Sales Managers to drive opportunities and solid customer outcomes.

You will act as the Serials SME, manage renewal strategies, and coordinate with Sales, Account Services, Operations, and publishers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience; academic market preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Excellent communications and public speaking skills.
• Experience with serials workflows or acquisitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and lead strategic conversations.
• Deliver presentations and advise on serials strategy and workflows.
• Develop account strategies with RSMs including growth, retention, and risk mitigation.
• Own renewal strategies and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless renewals.
