Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Serials Sales Manager, Serials Specialist for the Western US to drive growth, retention, and strategic development of our Serials Subscription Services portfolio. You will partner with Academic Regional Sales Managers to identify opportunities, secure renewals, and deliver strong customer outcomes.

This remote, U.S.-based role focuses on serials, publisher models, and library workflows, coordinating with Sales, Account Services, Operations, and publishers

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in the academic library market.
• Experience with serials or acquisitions workflows is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and hold a valid driver00s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key academic library stakeholders.
• Serve as Serials subject-matter expert for presentations and complex sales cycles.
• Develop targeted account strategies with RSMs for growth and retention.
• Own renewal strategy, identify risks, and pursue expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Services, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure accurate renewals.
• Maintain a strong CRM-driven sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
