Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated professional to support customers in implementing Separation Technology products in the RTP area of North Carolina. The role focuses on demonstrations, trials and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Quality to drive product adoption.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in bioprocessing with TFF/UF/MF/DF/NFF expertise, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively to support external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological engineering, biotechnology or life sciences or equivalent demonstrated professional experience; Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Support sales with product presentations, demonstrations and application studies
• Assist in beta-site testing and demonstrations with product management
• Support assigned product line to meet sales targets in defined territory
• Conduct product trials and demos, create trial reports for customers and teams
• Provide technical support and resolve field implementation problems
• Assist quality with quality complaint processes and data analysis
• Develop and present trial reports in collaboration with Sales and Product Management
• Provide basic product training to internal sales and dealers and run customer workshops
• Collaborate with interfaces to define trial scope and acceptance criteria
