Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an SEO Coordinator to support our organic search strategy and enhance how customers find and engage with Fleet Farm online. This hands-on role focuses on optimizing content, product and category pages, and implementing technical SEO improvements to boost search visibility and ecommerce performance.

You will work with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Content, Digital Marketing, IT, and Digital Product teams to turn data-driven insights into action and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, ecommerce, digital marketing, web analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, eCommerce, Digital Media, or related field.
• Understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals and search engine best practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-page SEO strategies across product, category, and content pages.
• Conduct keyword research based on customer search behavior and business priorities.
• Optimize metadata, headings, URLs, internal linking, and page content.
• Partner with Merchandising and Content teams to improve product descriptions, buying guides, landing pages, and other ecommerce content.
• Support SEO initiatives for new products, seasonal assortments, promotions, and website updates.
