Job summary

4 State Trucks is seeking an SEO & Organic Growth Lead to drive strategies that improve organic visibility, customer discovery, and digital presence. You will work with the eCommerce team and SEO On-Page Lead to identify opportunities that support growth and enhance the customer experience.

The role emphasizes staying ahead of AI-powered search trends and evolving discovery platforms, with collaboration across Marketing, Content, Product, Development, and Design teams.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in SEO, digital marketing, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and online customer journeys.
• Interest in emerging technologies like AI and evolving search behaviors.
• Ability to research, analyze, and communicate trends to teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Search Console is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support organic growth strategies aligned with company and eCommerce objectives.
• Partner with the SEO On-Page Lead to identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and website performance.
• Research customer search behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Monitor search engine updates and evolving best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve discovery of information, products, and content across platforms.
• Provide recommendations and insights to support future organic growth initiatives.
• Assist with testing, research, and measurement of new organic opportunities.
• Collaborate with SEO, eCommerce, Marketing, Content, Product, Design, and Development teams.
