Macy’s is seeking an SEO Category Specialist to drive organic growth across e-commerce platforms. You will partner with the Senior SEO Content Manager and site merchants to implement on- and off-page strategies, backed by data-driven insights.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration across merchandising, technology, and creative teams to elevate search performance. You’ll analyze performance metrics, develop strategic initiatives, and report findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SEO Senior Manager to drive organic growth.
• Partner with site merchants to develop a data-informed search experience.
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented with site merchants.
• Analyze data with the SEO team to identify issues and opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain insightful reports for internal teams.
• Contribute to cross-functional strategies involving SEO, PR, SEM, Social, and Creative.
• Explain complex SEO concepts to non-SEO audiences.
• Foster inclusive relationships with colleagues and communities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
