Job summary

Etna Supply seeks an Ecommerce Coordinator to grow our online presence through SEO, data-driven optimization, and robust ecommerce support. You will work with the Digital Product Owner and Marketing Director to drive traffic, enhance customer experience, and support digital growth across multiple platforms.

The role emphasizes analytics, content optimization, and performance reporting, with responsibilities spanning product data, site updates, and cross-functional collaboration to align digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, & ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase website traffic and online visibility.
• Optimize Etna Supply's presence across AI-powered search platforms through Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Monitor and report on website performance, including traffic, search rankings, conversions, and revenue.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Stay current on search engine algorithms and AI search trends to maintain strong online visibility.
• Support day-to-day ecommerce operations, including product listings, site updates, and product data management.
• Partner with the Digital Product Owner to improve the ecommerce experience and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align digital strategies with company initiatives.
• Enhance website content, metadata, and site structure to improve search performance.
• Maintain accurate analytics dashboards, reports, and documentation.
