Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced SEO and content specialist to optimize and refresh jll.com content for search visibility and AI performance. You will write headers, summaries, metadata, and FAQs, and identify gaps across the site.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content health, conduct quarterly audits, and partner with marketing to maximize publication amplification. Knowledge of BrightEdge, Ahrefs, and AEM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in SEO and writing and optimizing content for the web, including optimization of media and image alt text
• Track record of organic search and AI visibility performance gains
• Comfortable navigating large matrixed organizations
• Passion for SEO/GEO/AEO and understanding how content gets crawled, indexed, and retrieved by search engines and AI systems
• Experience analyzing organic and AI traffic and engagement and translating findings into content decisions
• Experience partnering with and educating editorial, brand, and content teams on SEO/GEO requirements and brand standards
• Experience partnering with business-line or cross-functional stakeholders to refine content for a global corporate website
• Familiarity with E-E-A-T principles for YMYL categories
• Working knowledge of SEO and content analysis platforms including BrightEdge, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Screaming Frog
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; this position does not provide visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Optimize and refresh existing jll.com content for search and AI visibility in alignment with SEO/GEO strategy
• Write short-form copy for jll.com, including headers, summaries, metadata, and FAQs
• Identify content gaps and cannibalization across jll.com
• Support Content, Business Lines, and Field Marketing authors in adding missing content to editorial calendars
• Advise marketing teams across functions on developing content for visibility on and off jll.com
• Work with the SEO/GEO strategy lead and technical delivery partners to meet technical content requirements
• Flag and fix content-side issues
• Monitor content performance and conduct quarterly audits
• Identify content decay, optimization, consolidation, and pruning actions to optimize crawl budget and maintain content health
• Partner with Social Media, Communications, and Paid Media teams on content opportunities
• Ensure new jll.com content is amplified at publication
