Job summary

Juniper Square seeks an experienced SEO & AEO Manager within Corporate Marketing to own visibility across organic search, AEO, and GEO. You will shape strategy and drive end-to-end execution—from technical foundation to AI visibility and authority building.

You’ll collaborate across GTM to adapt playbooks and scale AI-citation efforts, balancing technical rigor with scalable processes. Success means increasing AI-friendly content, expanding citations, and building category authority in private

Qualifications

5+ years in SEO with hands-on ownership of a technical program in a large B2B org.
Real AEO/GEO experience with verifiable citations in AI answers.
Track record of earning backlinks and citations from original data.
Experience with SEO tools, rank trackers, log-file analysis, and AI-citation monitoring.

Responsibilities

Own SEO across junipersquare.com: on-page, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, audits.
Manage crawl/indexing and JSON-LD, llms.txt, and related AI crawling protocols.
Lead agency/vendor relationships for SEO, AEO, and content production.
Monitor rankings vs competitors and drive fixes across technical/content/authority.
