Juniper Square seeks an SEO & AEO Manager to own visibility across organic search, AEO, and GEO. You’ll lead technical SEO, data structuring, and cross-channel authority building, collaborating with GTM teams to shape strategy and execution.

The role emphasizes AI-citation growth and scalable processes while partnering with content and engineering. The position requires 5+ years in SEO, hands-on AEO/GEO, and experience turning data-driven insights into action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with hands-on ownership of a technical program.
• Real AEO/GEO experience with earned AI citations.
• Proven backlinks and media citations from original research or data.
• Experience with SEO/GEO tooling including rank trackers and log-file analysis.
• Fluency with structured data (JSON-LD) to support implementation.
• Strong writing and editorial judgment for content framing.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO across junipersquare.com: on-page, site architecture, Core Web Vitals.
• Manage crawl/indexing, JSON-LD, llms.txt, and AI crawling protocols.
• Oversee agency/vendor relationships for SEO, AEO, and content.
• Monitor rankings vs competitors; diagnose and fix ranking gaps.
• Win citations across open web and AI engines like ChatGPT / Perplexity.
• Extend visibility to Reddit, YouTube, review sites, and other sources.
• Contribute to social content strategy and LinkedIn alignment.
• Run experiments to optimize AI citation impact and build a repeatable playbook.
• Track AI platform retrieval and reporting to reprioritize roadmap.
