Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

SEO Account Executive:

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 per year + performance-based bonuses for hitting KPIs

Status: Full-time Remote

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST (must be available during these hours)

About the Role:

As an SEO Account Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of 50–60 clients and serve as their primary point of contact. Your role is to deliver a world-class client experience, ensure clients see tangible results, and identify opportunities to help them grow.

This is not a backseat role—it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and high-impact. As Stryker Digital continues to scale, there’s significant opportunity to advance into leadership and help shape the future of client success at the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Proactively engage with clients via Slack and email with timely updates, clear expectations, and solutions.
  • Client Education: Help clients understand our SEO strategies (Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, on-page and off-page SEO) and position Stryker Digital as their essential growth partner.
  • Monthly Progress Calls: Lead monthly client calls to review results, discuss next steps, and align on goals.
  • Relationship Building and Retention: Build strong, lasting client relationships that drive retention, renewal, and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and recommend additional services aligned with client goals.
  • Reporting and Insights: Use data and KPIs to track progress, make informed decisions, and present results clearly.

What We Are Looking For:

Previous agency experience is required. Do not apply if you’ve never worked at a digital marketing agency.
