Qualifications

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and dynamicAccount Executiveto join our team to activatesmall- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)as new advertisers on a social media platform JumpCrew is partnered with. In this role, you’ll focus onnet new advertiser acquisition—educating business owners, pitching the value, and helping them launch their first campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactivelyprospect, pitch, and activatenew SMB advertisers
  • Use consultative selling toeducate businesseson how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.
  • Manage thefull sales cyclefrom outreach to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and high-quality advertiser experience
  • Leverage tools likeSalesforceto track pipeline and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign success and advertiser satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthlyactivation and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of sales experience(inside sales or account executive roles preferred)
  • Familiarity withdigital advertising, paid social, or media sales a plus
  • Strong prospecting skills and comfort withhigh-volume outreach
  • Experience usingCRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to tailor pitches to unique business needs
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Base Salary:Starting at$48,000/year
  • Commission & Incentives:Uncapped earning potential based on performance
  • Growth Opportunity:Career path toward Senior AE, Account Management, or Sales Leadership
