Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 2 for the Sentinel System Test Team in Roy, UT. This role supports the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program and may offer relocation assistance.

The position oversees the design, integration, and build of test labs, manages releases, systems engineering, and cost/schedule. Strong communication, speed, and team-building skills are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience, or Master's with 6 years of related experience.
• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with EVMS cost accounts.
• Previous experience working in Integration and Test Environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, integrate, and build system test labs; manage engineering release, systems engineering, cost and schedule.
• Direct concurrent operations while maintaining test rigor and configuration management of test assets.
• Communicate complex technical issues and solutions across IPTs and users of the MIF test lines.
• Drive process rigor and ensure compliance with company, program, and security requirements.
