Location is Roy, UT with a 9/80 work schedule and a strong emphasis on leadership and compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of finance/business management experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with 5 years finance/business management experience or a master’s degree with 3 years experience.
• Understanding of government contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR.
• Earned Value Management Experience
• Prior experience presenting financial analysis to a team/management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance within a reasonable time for business needs.

Aufgaben

• Develops, monitors, and maintains business management processes, tools, and procedures to manage contract business execution and drive performance.
• Accounts for EAC, contract profitability assessments/reviews, and EVMS application.
• Leads the OU financial forecast process and presents OU financial results to leadership.
• Manages preparation/review of OU AOP and LRSP.
• Identifies risks/opportunities and implements mitigation or capture plans.
• Supports program cadence (PM meetings, risk reviews, EAC reviews) and FP&A inquiries.
