Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager – Business Management 1 to oversee contract finance for the Sentinel program in the SDS division. The role is based in Roy, UT, requiring the ability to manage EAC, profitability assessments, and EVMS while coordinating with senior leadership.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (or Master’s) with 5 years (or 3 years with a Master’s) of finance/business experience and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in finance/business management.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains contract business execution processes and tools.
• Owns EAC calculations, profitability reviews, and EVMS application.
• Leads OU financial forecast and presents results to senior leadership.
• Supports AOP/LRSP development and risk mitigation planning.
• Supports FP&A inquiries and internal audits.
