Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years finance/business management experience; or a Master’s Degree plus 3 years.
• Knowledge of government contracts, Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR.
• Earned Value Management experience.
• Experience presenting financial analysis to a team or management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors, and maintains business management processes and procedures to manage contract business execution and drive business performance.
• Accountable for the Estimate-at-Complete (EAC), contract profitability assessments/reviews, and application of EVMS.
• Leads the OU financial forecast process and presents OU financial results to senior leadership.
• Manages preparation and review of OU annual operating plans (AOP) and long-range strategic plans (LRSP).
• Proactively identifies risks and opportunities and implements mitigation or capture plans.
• Supports program business rhythm (Program Management Meetings, Risk Review, EAC Reviews).
• Supports FP&A inquiries and Internal Audit activities.
