Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Project Management 2 in Roy, UT to lead the Sentinel program’s PE&O operations. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and will manage program planning, cost, and schedule, while coordinating with senior leaders to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include building relationships, overseeing SAP access, and delivering high-level briefings to leadership and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; Master's degree with 6 years or an extra 4 years in lieu.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance with SAP approval capability.
• Proven track record in project management/execution and closeout.
• Strong EVMS understanding and application.
• Executive presence and comfortable with high-level communication.
• Experience building strong customer relationships and risk management of >$50M.

Aufgaben

• Provide horizontal integration across program business units.
• Act as assignment manager for the PE&O operations organization.
• Lead onboarding of external partners and manage program communications.
• Develop high-level briefings for Program Leadership and customers.
• Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
