Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Program Excellence Senior Manager 3 to lead and mature program execution across the Sentinel program. Based in Roy, UT, you will drive rigorous processes, oversee performance data, and mentor program managers.

A DoD clearance and travel up to 25% are required. Candidates should have a strong background in program management, EVMS, and stakeholder coordination, with a track record of briefing executives and enabling sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree with 8 years PM experience or a Master’s with 6 years experience
• Experience in program execution, earned value management, change management, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Experience managing projects across customers and program life cycle phases
• Experience briefing executives and managing expectations
• Ability to travel up to 25% per month
• Must have active DoD security clearance and ability to obtain SAP
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Transform and drive program execution rigor to enable sustainable growth and commitments
• Mitigate current and near-term programmatic risk and build long-term excellence capability
• Develop world-class program managers with tools, processes, and coaching
• Operate as independent oversight with implementation authority and process accountability
• Develop and execute program manager evaluation and training programs spanning CAMs to senior director levels
• Support Sector initiatives and manage Sector Operating Goals
• Oversee IPRS reporting on program performance and corrective actions
