Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, Utah seeks a Human Factors Engineer (T02) or Principal Engineer (T03) to support the Sentinel program. This full-time role requires US citizenship, Secret clearance, and strong experience applying HFE principles to complex systems.

You will perform analyses, develop requirements, and design workstation layouts while collaborating across IPTs and with customer teams. A 9/80 schedule and relocation assistance may be offered.

Qualifications

• US citizen with Secret clearance required at time of application
• Experience applying HFE to defense projects preferred
• Familiarity with Mil-Std-1472G and ANSI/HFES standards is a plus
