Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Installation & Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair inventory control and video surveillance equipment in retail environments. This remote role requires willingness to travel 100% of the time across West TN and North Memphis, with day-one benefits and paid training.

You will diagnose issues, train customers, and ensure high system performance while maintaining documentation and striving for first-time fixes.

Qualifications
