Job summary

Pie Insurance seeks a US-based Senior Business Systems Analyst to own Zuora Billing & Revenue and adjacent finance systems. You will lead 2–3 cross-functional workstreams, shape end-to-end solution approaches, and mentor analysts. Zuora expertise is essential, with familiarity in Salesforce or Telecom/IVR a plus.

You will design, configure, document, and optimize the Zuora ecosystem, build roadmaps, and partner with engineers to deliver scalable financial capabilities as our business evolves.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience with Zuora Billing and Revenue.
• Zuora Certified Administrator.
• 5+ years of hands-on Financial Systems administration experience.
• Deep understanding of Subscriptions billing modules/Advanced Revenue Management.
• Experience building and managing Zuora Workflows, Scripts, and Customizations.
• Comfort with Zuora Reporting, Data Query and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of Zuora applications.
• Develop 6–12 month roadmaps to scale finance with Zuora.
• Partner with engineers to design, build, and test integrations and customizations.
• Architect complex customizations to improve Zuora performance.
• Create and maintain product docs, specs, and process maps.
• Identify high-value problems and prioritize initiatives.
• Translate business intent into system requirements for stakeholders.
• Train and coach lines to improve data self-sufficiency.
• Triage incidents and maintain Zuora ecosystem.
• Own change management and releases in Zuora and related apps.
• Maintain data integrity across Zuora and integrated systems.
