Ideal candidates have prior experience cleaning up CRM installs, advising on process design, and collaborating with engineers on API-level integration. Remote work offered, 10–20 hours weekly, potential for renewal.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Zoho CRM administration and optimization on live systems.
• Deep knowledge of Zoho modules, blueprints, workflows, automation, and security.
• Experience designing CRM processes and lead-to-close workflows.
• Experience making live-system changes with rollback planning.

Responsibilities

• Redesign workflows, lead management, pipeline stages, assignment rules, notifications, and reporting.
• Advise on Zoho-native vs custom development approaches.
• Guide client through structural changes with documentation and light training.
• Build dashboards and reports for clear operational visibility.
