Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Enablement Architect to empower our enterprise security pre-sales teams.

You will work with Product Management and Marketing to create impactful trainings and technical content, and serve as the go-to technical POC for Sales Engineers. You will translate complex security capabilities into business value narratives for senior stakeholders while helping design solutions for strategic deals and POCs.

Qualifications

Have 5+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, solution architecture, product management, professional services or customer success.
Deep understanding of Zero Trust principles and products, including microsegmentation and SASE/SSE.
Knowledge of AI security securing AI workloads and AI-driven Interactions.
Solid knowledge of data center security technologies and networking basics.
Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

Provide continuous, clear updates to the technical pre-sales community on roadmap and key information.
Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to create and deliver training content.
Act as the primary technical POC for Sales Engineers and respond to complex inquiries and RFI/RFPs.
Analyze feature requests and communicate field feedback to Product Management.
Guide field teams in designing solutions for complex POCs and strategic deals.
Develop and maintain product demos with TME and SE teams to showcase Akamai ESG portfolio.
Translate complex capabilities into clear business value narratives for executives.
