You will provide technical updates, craft compelling training content, and guide field teams in designing solutions for strategic deals, while translating technical detail into business value for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust, microsegmentation, SASE/SSE architectures.
• Experience with AI security and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous, clear updates to the technical pre-sales community on roadmap and product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Management to create and deliver sales training and technical content.
• Serve as primary technical POC for Sales Engineers and respond to complex inquiries.
• Analyze feature requests, propose workarounds, and relay field feedback to Product Management.
• Guide field teams in designing solutions for complex POCs and strategic deals.
• Develop and maintain product demos with TME and SE teams to showcase Akamai ESG portfolio.
• Translate complex capabilities into clear business value narratives for executives.
