Job summary

Moxtek in Utah (Orem) seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to design high-voltage power supplies, control electronics, and related circuitry for X-ray tubes. You will own electrical designs from concept through production, including analog, digital, and power electronics, PCB layout, and validation.

You will mentor junior engineers, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams on new product development and sustaining engineering activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
• Experience with high-voltage electronics preferred.
• Experience developing electrical products from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design analog, digital, embedded-control, and power-electronic circuits.
• Translate system requirements into electrical design specifications.
• Perform schematic capture, PCB design and layout reviews.
• Develop and execute design verification and validation tests.
• Lead or participate in design reviews, FMEA, and risk assessments.
