Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (CC) / Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to coordinate clinical activities at the Wound Care Center.

The role includes patient assessments, care planning, and quality improvement work in collaboration with the Program Director and Medical Director. Requirements include an active RN license, ADN minimum, BSN preferred, and 1 year RN experience with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required and maintained throughout employment.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• One year experience as an RN required.
• Two or more years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in case management responsibilities.
• Provide case management and patient assessments per protocols.
• Oversee clinical staff including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CMAs and technicians.
• Collaborate with hospital staff, Wound Care Center Providers and Medical Director.
• Identify improvements while complying with HIPAA and CMS.
• Engage in staff development and orientation.
• Provide staff recognition and constructive feedback.
• Coordinate program objectives from a budgetary perspective.
• Coordinate vein care services if offered.
• Work to achieve Wound Care Center quality indicators.
• May serve as Documentation Assistant (scribe).
• May act as hyperbaric safety director after training.
• May operate chamber or emergency chamber when needed.
• Perform patient care based on center staffing needs.
• Perform other duties as required.
