Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Senior role in Workplace Advisory to shape strategy, lead client engagements and optimize spaces in San Francisco. The role requires a strong blend of consulting, planning and technical skills, with 20-25% travel.

The candidate will drive workplace programs, develop market insights, and collaborate across real estate, IT, HR and finance to deliver impactful solutions and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• MBA or advanced degree and/or certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in workplace strategy, architecture, consulting, or real estate advisory roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM or other drafting technologies is required.
• Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brokers and sales teams for business development and client service delivery.
• Lead as a key member of client-facing teams to develop, implement, and manage workplace strategy programs.
• Benchmark current spaces and compare to industry peers; research organizations' environments for improvements.
• Lead surveys, test-fits, interviews, utilization studies, mobility assessments, and focus groups.
• Support revenue goals by participating in pursuits, client presentations and proposals.
• Create workplace collateral and thought leadership with Marketing and Research.
• Act as SME on workplace and occupancy topics and stay current with industry trends.
• Engage and manage project teams and resources for successful delivery.
