Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a senior leader to drive workplace strategy and occupancy planning in San Francisco. You will lead client engagements, develop actionable insights, and guide cross-functional teams through complex real estate projects.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in workplace or CRE advisory, strong CAD/BIM skills, and a track record in business development and client presentations. This on-site role offers significant responsibility and travel around 20-25%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years in workplace strategy, occupancy planning or related fields.
Strong command of CAD/BIM tools and data-driven approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication; proven client engagement.
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements on workplace strategy, occupancy planning and workflow design.
Partner with brokers, sales teams and researchers to develop compelling proposals.
Manage project teams, budgets and resources to ensure delivery milestones.
Develop data-driven insights from surveys, tests, and utilization studies.
Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
