Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in commercial interior design, strong leadership, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit. On-site with travel, East Coast-time coordination, and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years on commercial interior design projects for large orgs or financial institutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design; Master's preferred.
• Excellent end-to-end project management for major interiors.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of WELL, LEED or similar sustainability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management of large corporate workplace projects, meeting standards, budget and timelines.
• Act as primary client contact for design-related matters.
• Collaborate with real estate, workplace strategy, sustainability and tech teams.
• Manage external design firms, architects, consultants and contractors.
• Oversee schematic through construction documentation; ensure design intent.
• Lead space planning and furniture selection to support productivity and well-being.
• Coordinate design reviews to comply with guidelines and codes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices; travel ~20%.
