Qualifications

• Excellent project management capabilities; end-to-end project execution experience.
• Familiarity with design software and sustainability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management of large corporate workplace projects, ensuring adherence to standards, budget and timelines.
• Serve as primary client contact for design-related matters at project level.
• Collaborate with real estate, workplace strategy, sustainability, and brand teams to develop design concepts.
• Oversee external design firms, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure delivery of high-quality projects.
• Oversee design phases from schematic design to construction documentation, ensuring alignment with standards and sustainability.
