Ladders is seeking a Sr. Workplace Manager to lead operations at our San Francisco headquarters and shape the employee experience across a fast-growing organization.

You will direct service delivery, partner with stakeholders, and mentor a team to ensure the office runs smoothly while supporting business growth. This role requires coordinating with vendors and leadership to elevate office quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in workplace operations and service delivery with proven mentoring skills.
• Experience building schedules and models while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for drafting comprehensive event and program plans.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively.
• Customer-first approach ensuring high-quality resolutions.
• Financial and budget management experience, including procurement best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and experience managing ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all workplace services at the San Francisco headquarters, including operations and employee experience
• Mentor the workplace team to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on workplace priorities
• Anticipate and plan for growth needs within the workplace operations strategy
• Provide insights and data to leadership to support operational improvements
• Manage external vendors to meet established SLAs and quality standards
• Collaborate on office events to enhance employee engagement and community involvement
