Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Work- place Employee Experience Manager in San Francisco to shape and continuously improve day-to-day workplace experiences across remote, WeWork, and on-site settings.

You will lead workplace operations, employee programs, and events, ensuring a connected and productive environment for all staff. The role partners with People Ops, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align initiatives with company needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in workplace experience, employee programs, or related fields.
• Experience managing workplace operations and vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver employee events and engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Temporal's workplace experience strategy for all work environments.
• Design and deliver virtual and in-person engagement programs.
• Oversee office and WeWork experiences, space planning, vendor relations, and budgets.
