Job summary

Depop is seeking an experienced Workplace Partner to own the day-to-day running of our Brooklyn office and deliver an exceptional workplace experience for our US team. You’ll partner with Workplace, People, Finance, Legal, IT and external vendors to ensure a smooth relocation project, from site search to move-in.

You’ll manage budgets, vendors and internal communications, maintain brand standards, and lead change management as the office grows.

Qualifications

• Essential: Able to be in the office 4 days per week.
• Proven experience completing office relocations, fit-out or build-out from planning through to day one.
• Significant experience in workplace, facilities, office management or workplace operations.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of Depop’s Brooklyn office, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-performing environment.
• Lead office relocation planning, decommissioning, fit-out, and day-one readiness.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, budgets, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with global teams to align employee experience across locations.
