Job summary

Depop US, Inc. in New York seeks a hands-on Workplace Partner to own the day-to-day running of the Brooklyn office and lead the US relocation project.

You’ll partner with Workplace, People, Finance, Legal, IT and external vendors to deliver a successful office search, fit-out and move. You’ll be the face of Workplace in the US, making autonomous decisions, shaping an environment aligned with Depop’s brand and culture while ensuring a seamless employee experience across teams.

Qualifications

• Office relocation experience from planning to day one.
• Significant background in workplace, facilities, office management or operations.
• Strong project management, vendor and stakeholder handling.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and cross-functional needs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Brooklyn office operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, high-performing environment.
• Manage budgets, facilities services, maintenance and contracts; coordinate events and experience programs.
• Lead US office relocation: planning, site visits, fit-out, move and post-move snagging.
• Build strong vendor relationships; oversee RFPs, bids and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, IT, Finance, Legal and external partners; communicate changes clearly.
