Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and issue passes while following security protocols.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist with presentations.
• Coordinate recreational, dining and business activities for requestors.
• Manage workspace services including mail and office supplies, onboarding.
• Address inquiries with professional customer service and provide solutions.
• Organize on-site events, secure space, setup/teardown, and supply delivery.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure safety.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain detailed information within the team and follow manager directions.
