Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience scaling workplace and facilities programs in a multi-site environment.
• Systems-first thinker with a people-first mindset balancing scalable process and employee experience.
• Experience managing seven-figure operations budgets and emergency plans.
• Familiarity with access control fundamentals and badge systems.
• Experience leading distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management programs to ensure operational excellence at all sites.
• Own MACs, space management, and seating accuracy at hub sites.
• Oversee ticketing, vendor relationships, and seven-figure OpEx budget.
• Develop emergency response plans and run safety drills across locations.
• Manage access control, badging systems, and visitor management coordination.
• Deliver scalable People Experience events and food & beverage programs.
• Lead a distributed team of four across three locations and align with global strategy.
