Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator to deliver a world-class service experience to employees and guests at a designated Tampa building.

You are the first point of contact and will ensure a welcoming environment from arrival to departure. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Understanding of work routines and applying skills across processes, procedures, and systems.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills with capacity to review and select solutions without supervisory approval.
• Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team clearly.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all entrants to the facility; greet, issue visitor and parking passes, escort visitors.
• Answer the telephone professionally to create a memorable first impression.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; address issues with vendors or staff.
• Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide support for the team including office supplies, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
• Create customized client materials that follow brand guidelines.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify relevant parties to ensure safety.
• Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems without supervisory approval.
• Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
• Impact the team through the quality of services or information provided.
• Follow standardized procedures and practices with regular, moderate supervision.
