Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator in Tampa to deliver a world-class customer service experience for employees and guests. You will greet visitors, manage passes, respond to inquiries, coordinate events, and handle workplace services with a professional, security-minded approach.

In this role, you’ll coordinate with vendors, support on-site activities, and follow established procedures to resolve straightforward issues while maintaining a welcoming, efficient workplace

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of office support or hospitality related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all those entering the facility.
• Greet visitors; issue passes and follow security protocols.
• Answer telephone professionally; create presentations and speak to groups.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide solutions.
• Organize and manage on-site events; secure space and set up.
• Follow security and emergency procedures; notify relevant parties.
• Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods.
• Explain detailed information within the team and follow manager directions.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
