Job summary

Crowe is seeking a seasoned GRC Technology Senior Consultant focused on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance technology team. You will implement, configure, and optimize Workiva solutions for a range of clients, from Fortune 500 to mid-market.

You’ll collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design robust technical solutions, and lead engagements from requirements through deployment, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 3–5 years in a professional environment.
• 2+ years in software implementation/technology consulting.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to tech solutions.
• Experience with Workiva in a consulting/enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
• Lead Workiva implementations and related initiatives.
• Document business and functional requirements with clients.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical designs.
• Configure and test technology solutions and testing plans.
• Deliver training and support go-live and post-implementation support.
• Support pre-sales activities with demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Ensure project objectives, scope, timelines and quality are met.
• Collaborate with clients and Crowe teams across multiple levels.
