Job summary

Crowe is seeking a seasoned GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting practice. You will implement and optimize Workiva solutions across GRC, financial reporting, Wdata, and Sustainability, collaborating with Fortune 500 and mid‑market clients.

You will translate business requirements into effective technology designs, work with clients and Crowe teams through the full implementation lifecycle,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in software implementation, technology consulting, or related.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them to solutions.
• Experience implementing Workiva solutions in a consulting or enterprise setting.
• Ability to work independently and in teams at all levels of an organization.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations and configurations.
• Work with clients to identify and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Configure, prototype, and test technology solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and support UAT and other cycles.
• Create training plans and materials and deliver training.
• Support pre‑sales activities with platform demos and PoCs.
• Maintain focus on customer success, scope, and timelines.
• Assist go‑live and transition to account management.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Contribute to solution development, project leadership, and business development requirements.
