Job summary
Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team. You will work with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mid-market businesses to transform how they use technology to manage governance, risk, compliance, and related business processes.
You will play an important role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workiva solutions, including GRC,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 3-5 years in a professional environment.
- 2+ years in software implementation/technology consulting.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional/technical solutions.
- Experience implementing/ configuring Workiva in a consulting/enterprise environment.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Workiva platform expert for client engagements.
- Lead and support Workiva implementations and related initiatives.
- Document business and functional requirements with clients.
- Translate requirements into design and solution specs.
- Configure, prototype, and test technology solutions.
- Develop testing strategies and support UAT.
- Create training plans and deliver training.
- Support pre-sales activities and proofs of concept.
- Maintain focus on customer success, scope, timelines, and quality.
- Assist go-live and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Contribute to solution development and client service delivery.
